Thursday night speed training 

We have stopped our Friday night session at Ilkeston track and have joined forces with Belper Harriers speed sessions on a Thursday night. Once a month they are at the track, but the weeks in between are in the Belper area. Keep an eye out for our Facebook posts and emails for regular updates and details. 

Interval running session for all abilities- work on that speed and endurance, coached by our very own Mo Farah- Andy Harding. Suitable for all abilities. The session is designed to make you faster.

Wednesday night social run

We have not been organising Wednesday social runs recently due to lack of uptake. If there is a need, we can restart a social run where no-one gets left behind. You can also post on Facebook to see if anyone else would like to run together.
